Brand strategy and identity

Airmaster is an integrated building services company specialising in HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), automation, sustainability, fire services for existing commercial environments.

With a 36-year legacy and over 1,400 staff across Australia and New Zealand, they are known for innovation, long-standing client relationships and a people-first approach.

Having recognised that their brand was no longer reflecting the company’s role as a modern National leader, Airmaster engaged Celsius to help develop a brand strategy, story and visual brand.

Using research, data and insights gathered from a series of brand workshops, interviews and a staff wide survey we developed a brand framework and key positioning statement: ‘Australia’s most trusted building services partner, delivering big picture solutions that put people first’.

The new visual language expresses this idea through a vibrant colour palette, combining abstract patterns indicative of Airmaster’s services (air, fire, etc.). This is paired with purposeful photography work
together to tell the Airmaster story.

This new visual brand offers a flexible system that builds brand recognition and ensures a consistent, engaging presence across all Airmaster touchpoints.
